No late checkout unless you pay a hefty fee!!! There should be more bikes available. we couldn't get one!!! The washer and dryer situation could be improved. they were often occupied!!! Stop the mixed messaging regarding receipts!!!

An Amazing Family Getaway

Our family enjoyed a fantastic five-night stay. The onsen experience was delightful, and the friendly staff made us feel right at home. Pro tip, Bring your own yukata for added comfort! The small refrigerator was a bit of a challenge but manageable for quick snacks.
